Item Availability

Our online ordering system provides you a quick and easy way to check the availability of our merchandise. Just follow a few simple steps:

1. Go through our website you will see the item availability, make alisting of the footwear your interested in and email us your list. We will return an excel sheet with prices and item availability. The reason we do things this way is because our turn over of product is too fast

2. If you send us an order and an item is NOT available we will email or call you before your order is placed incase you want to replace it and we may suggest a simular product. We do not or try never to bill you for an item not in stock. We are real people at the other end of your email and we check the stock all throughout your order incase it sells out before your order is completed.

Order Status

1. Open Sales Orders and shipped orders are always mailed to the customer with updates.

Order Tracking

To track your shipments, please provide us with your email address. When your order is shipped, the tracking # will be automatically emailed to you. Using the tracking #, you can check the shipping status with the trucking company or courier.

Back Orders

To review your back orders, please follow these simple steps:

1. We hate backorders as much as you do, so we avoid them and you are not charged for them.
If an item is not available we call or email you asap.

Add to an Existing Order 

If you need to make adjustments to an order that’s already been placed, we recommend making adjustments to the order on the same business day. 

 - Add to your order by email

On the order form which you wish to add, write the additional items and resend the order. 

Note: Please set apart the newly added items to avoid duplicating items and incurring unnecessary charges

 - Place a new order for the added items by email

To add to an existing order, you can email a new order for the added items. To avoid duplicating items and unnecessary costs, please clarify on the new order that you’re only adding items to an existing order. Reference the existing order number.

Please note that we don’t guarantee that the adjustment will be reflected on the order or that added item with be shipped with the order, because the order may have already been shipped. Also note that you never pay a broker, or duties. Not even a duty on the goods your purchasing. Everything is in Canadian funds.
